How long will it take for my items to ship?
Most in-stock items ship within 3-5 business days. For custom outdoor furniture and specialized garden decor, lead times may vary between 2 to 6 weeks. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy for home and garden decor?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original condition and packaging. Please note that custom-made items, such as personalized fountains or bespoke cushions, are final sale and cannot be returned.
Do you offer white-glove delivery for large garden structures?
Yes, we provide white-glove delivery and assembly services for oversized items like gazebos, large fountains, and heavy statuary. This service includes delivery to your preferred location and removal of all packaging materials.
Are your outdoor products weather-resistant?
Absolutely. We curate our collection specifically for durability. Our products are made from high-quality materials such as cast stone, teak, and powder-coated aluminum designed to withstand various weather conditions and UV exposure.
Can I cancel or change my order after it has been placed?
Order changes or cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placement. Since many of our garden pieces are prepared for shipment or customized immediately, we cannot guarantee changes after this grace period.
